"B2B Google Drive" ("the App”) is a specialized application designed for e-commerce stores operating on Shopify. This Privacy Policy outlines how data is accessed, used, and protected when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
Data Access and Usage by the App
The App does not collect personal information from your Shopify account. Instead, it accesses Google Drive data relevant to your store's operation. The App is designed to interact with files and images in a designated Shared Drive, provided by you, for use by your customers. This access is limited to the following:
- Viewing and downloading specific files and images such as product images, logos, and press materials.
The App does not collect, store, or use any personal data from your Google Drive or Shopify account. Our interaction with Google Drive is strictly limited to querying data through the Drive API, based on permissions granted.
How We Use the Accessed Data
The App uses accessed data solely to facilitate the operation of your e-commerce store. This includes:
- Enabling your customers to view and download specific files from the Shared Drive.
No user data or personal information is stored in our database, and we do not use this data for any purpose other than to provide the service.
Sharing of Data
We do not share any data accessed via Google Drive with third parties. Our usage of data is confined to the operation of the App within the scope of the permissions granted.

Note that while the App does not store your data, information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States, as part of Shopify's operational processes.
