Do You Also Have 'Inventory Issues' on Your Shopify Webshop?
Why You Should Place a Test Order at Least Once a Month!
Shopify is regularly updated, and that's a good thing. Many new features are introduced to make your webshop even better. However, be aware that these new features often come with new text, leading Shopify to add new words and phrases. Many of these appear in the checkout.
We recommend regularly checking your checkout
Poor translations create mistrust. It's disappointing if a customer is ready to convert, with items already in the cart, but something seems odd, causing them to back out.
Currently, it might say 'fee' instead of 'tax', and there may be 'inventory issues' if a customer has created a cart, left, and returns only to find that something is sold out in the meantime.
If you want to ensure that the language in your checkout doesn't scare customers away, place a test order at least once a month.
