At DTAILS, we don't waste time. We know what we can do, and we know what we want. That's why, even at our first meeting, we ask you to come well-prepared. Be ready with answers when we ask:

What do you have today, and what are you dreaming of? We need to understand your challenges to be able to clear them out of the way.

Perhaps you're coming from WooCommerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or maybe you have a completely custom-built solution. No worries, we can easily migrate you to Shopify. Should we transfer your current design, past orders, customer database, and content, or should we start completely from scratch?

We need to fully understand your setup to create something that truly makes a difference. So how does your logistics look today – do you have a third-party logistics solution that we need to integrate?

Shopify works seamlessly and elegantly with external systems like Shipmondo and Webshipper, and if you’ve completely outsourced your logistics, that’s not a problem either.

It would be a real shame to create a sleek webshop if you have an outdated email marketing system that doesn't integrate with Shopify. Shopify has its own built-in system that makes it easy to keep your customers engaged.

How quickly can we move forward?

We always choose 'the smallest shoe that fits.' Shopify makes it possible to get off to a great and quick start. The system is super intuitive, and you'll quickly find out how easy it is to set up products, process orders, and experiment with layout.

For some, it makes sense for us to aim for a lightning-fast launch and then wait with more unique customizations until phase 2, where you've become familiar with the shop and have had time to explore the many possibilities.
