This typically involves inventory or obsolete production lines, which are often discarded and sorted for scrap. Instead of discarding the items, Buy2Sell takes them in and sells them onward.

Since Buy2Sell's customer and pricing structure didn't require the full Shopify B2B solution, which demands Shopify Plus, they chose to stick with Shopify's B2C plan instead. To accommodate this, we have custom-built the necessary B2B functionalities for Buy2Sell's business.

Custom Feature Monitors Unpriced Items

With such an extensive inventory, it's inevitable that some products appear online before being priced. We addressed this with logic that automatically removes the ‘Add to Cart’ button for any product listed at 0 kr. Instead, a ‘Contact our support for price’ button appears, directing customers straight to a support page.

This solution ensures the webshop always reflects the true inventory—even if some products aren’t priced yet. It’s a smart way for Buy2Sell to eliminate a significant bottleneck in their process.
